Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from Gold Coast, Queensland. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guarantees.

International orders

Customers are responsible for destination import duties, taxes and handling charges. These are not collected by PIN WILLOW.

Returns

Contact support@pinwillow.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Faulty items are handled in line with Australian Consumer Law.
